A sick day on the couch
- Be kind to yourself: sick days are their own thing. A show may happen, and that’s okay.
- Offer cozy swaps first: “Want an audio story under the blanket, or should I read to you?”
- If you do pick a show: “Let’s watch one together, then rest our eyes.”
